Dark Mode Off / On

As moms, taking care of everyone else often comes naturally, but prioritizing our own health can feel much harder. Over the years, I’ve intentionally worked to improve my overall well-being through healthy eating, making time for exercise, and practicing mindfulness. Along the way, I discovered several health and healing documentaries on Netflix that opened my mind to new ideas, and I’d love to share them with you.

Some documentaries may feel biased or even extreme at times. I encourage you to watch with an open mind, consider the different perspectives and insights they offer, and then decide what feels right for you after thoughtful consideration.
